Deposit Disclaimer

All deposits are non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule your service with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given and the guest has meal service, the meal may be rescheduled but will be subject to an additional deposit.

Late Arrivals

Guests should arrive at least 20–30 minutes prior to first service time. When a guest arrives at the service time or later, the service time is subject to be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. The abbreviated time will be at staff discretion and charged full service value.

No Shows
A minimum 50% deposit is required for all bookings. The full service amount will be charged to the card on file for all no shows. There will be no refunds for any deposits or payments in full for guests that do not show to
appointments.
