• A 10% booking fee will be added to the final balance and is due with the deposit.
• A minimum 18% gratuity will be added to the party total upon booking.

• Package prices are subject to change at the discretion of the spa. Pricing is honored for deposited bookings.

• A non-refundable $500 deposit is due at reservation with valid credit card or cash.
• Dates are not confirmed without a deposit.
• Reductions in party attendees are not refundable.
• Balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
• Scheduling changes require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
• Cancellations within 72 hours result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Guests should arrive 30 minutes before appointment time. Guests more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated.

Thursday through Saturday:
$1,000/hour during business hours from open to close.

Sunday through Wednesday:
$750/hour during business hours from open to close.

Minimum: 4 hours

Concierge staff is included in buyout pricing.

50% deposit is required at booking. Remaining 50% is required 14 days prior to the event or the event will be canceled.

No refunds. No event rescheduling.
