Important Event & Group Pricing Notes
- A 10% booking fee will be added to the final balance and is due with the deposit.
- A minimum 18% gratuity will be added to the party total upon booking.
- Groups of more than 12 require customization and curated private event options.
- Credit card fees are an additional 3.99%.
- No outside alcohol is allowed. Please see the Events Director for alcohol needs.
- Package prices are subject to change at the discretion of the spa. Pricing is honored for deposited bookings.
- A non-refundable $500 deposit is due at reservation with valid credit card or cash.
- Dates are not confirmed without a deposit.
- Reductions in party attendees are not refundable.
- Balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
- Scheduling changes require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
- Cancellations within 72 hours result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Guests should arrive 30 minutes before appointment time. Guests more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated.
Buyout Pricing
Thursday through Saturday:
$1,000/hour during business hours from open to close.
Sunday through Wednesday:
$750/hour during business hours from open to close.
Minimum: 4 hours
Concierge staff is included in buyout pricing.
50% deposit is required at booking. Remaining 50% is required 14 days prior to the event or the event will be canceled.
No refunds. No event rescheduling.
Meal Options
$65 per person meal options include Grilled Salmon, Jerk Cornish Hen, or Chicken/Shrimp Scampi with choice of side and vegetable.
While we are happy to allow upgrades to any package, substitutions are not allowed.
Birthday Offer: Book a party of 5 or more and the birthday guest is free. Must show ID with birthday to redeem. Unable to combine with any other offer.

Guest capacity varies depending on the event layout and services selected. Our team will work with you to determine the best setup based on your group size and event goals.
Can spa services be included in my event package?
Absolutely. Many guests choose to incorporate massages, facials, pedicures, wellness amenities, sauna access, oxygen bar sessions, and other spa experiences into their event package.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holiday periods. Early booking helps ensure your preferred date, services, and event accommodations are available.
Can I customize my event package?
Yes. Every event can be customized to fit your needs. We can help coordinate spa services, catering options, décor preferences, wellness experiences, and other enhancements to create a memorable event.
Do you offer corporate wellness events?
Yes. Platinum Wellness Spa offers corporate wellness experiences, employee appreciation events, leadership retreats, team-building activities, and customized wellness programs for organizations.
