What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging results. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Do you accept insurance?

How long is a typical session?
Session length varies by service. Massage therapy sessions are 30–90 minutes, physical therapy sessions are 45–60 minutes, and initial consultations are 60–90 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
