What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID and a list of any current medications or relevant health conditions. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete your intake paperwork.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance or Medicare. Our spa, wellness, and med spa services are self-pay, and we accept all major credit cards. Many services also qualify for HSA/FSA payment — contact us to confirm eligibility for your specific treatment.
How long is a typical session?
Session length varies by service. Massage therapy sessions are 30–90 minutes, chiropractic sessions are 30–45 minutes, and initial consultations are 30–60 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
A referral is not required for any of our services. If you have specific medical concerns, we recommend consulting your physician before booking treatments like PRP, exosomes, or microneedling.
